Still in it's infancy stages, The Spectrum at Clear Creekbusiness park, is
seen as an example of a growing national trend among States and Cities,
who aim to attract and expanded science based businesses locally.  With
standards provided by Silicon Valley, leaders at all levels from
institutions to government, private business to economic development, are
diligently working to produce fertile ground locally, in an attempt to grow
the largest economic yield possible, and fuel tomorrow's local economic
engine. "Organizing a private advanced sciences park, The Hypothesis,"
exposes some of the underlying factors that have led to the formation of
this bold local effort.
